How much does a website cost?
There are three packages, paid once: Esencial $3,500 MXN, Profesional $5,000 MXN and Premium $9,000 MXN. After that you pay $500 MXN a month only for as long as you want your site online.
Esencial gives you a site with menu, hours, location, WhatsApp button and Google Maps, in Spanish and English. Profesional adds a menu with photos, an improved Google profile, table QR codes, promos and a visits report. Premium adds orders and reservations by WhatsApp, your best Google reviews on the site and priority changes.

Why is there a monthly fee, and what does it include?
Because a website needs to stay online and someone to look after it. The $500 MXN a month includes:
- your site online, with your own web address;
- menu, price and hours changes (you send them on WhatsApp);
- support on WhatsApp;
- your site protected and backed up.

Can I cancel the monthly fee anytime?
Yes. It's month to month with no minimum: you pay it only for as long as you want your site online. On Profesional and Premium, the first month is free.

How long until my site is ready?
About 5 days for Esencial, about 7 days for Profesional and 10 to 14 days for Premium.

Do I see the design before you build it?
Yes. I show you exactly what your site will look like, with your photos and your words, and we change whatever you want. Nothing gets built until you say “that's it”.

How many design changes can I ask for?
Up to 3 on Esencial, up to 7 on Profesional and unlimited on Premium. Once the site is live, menu, price and hours changes are included in the monthly fee.

Will my site show up on Google and Google Maps?
I connect your site to Google and to your Google Maps profile, and on the Profesional package I also improve the profile. What nobody can honestly promise you is first place: Google decides the order based on how relevant, how close and how well known your business is. What I do is set everything up properly so you have a good chance.

Does the site come in English?
Yes. Every package comes in Spanish and English, for locals and tourists.

How do orders and reservations reach me?
On the Premium package, by WhatsApp. The customer picks their order or table on your site and it reaches your WhatsApp as a message. It's not a booking system or a delivery app: it's your own WhatsApp, with no per-order commission.

Do I need to know about computers?
No. You tell me about your business and send me your photos and text; I handle the technical side. When it's ready, I walk you through it in 15 minutes, and you send me any change on WhatsApp.

Do you work outside San Miguel de Allende?
Yes, with businesses in Querétaro too. If you're in San Miguel we can meet in person; if you're in Querétaro, we talk on WhatsApp or video call.
